Los dictadores como Fidel Castro no ríen; por eso son enemigos furibundos de las risas de los demás cuando los ridiculizan. El objetivo de este libro no es solamente hacer reír al lector con los chistes. Es un esfuerzo más en tratar de documentar, para conservar para el futuro, las reacciones populares ante situaciones contra las cuales el pueblo cubano no ha tenido otro recurso.
